Redemption on Burning Legion |

Redemption has migrated to Burning Legion as Alliance. This brings us back to our WoW roots, as the Burning Legion server was our initial stomping grounds when WoW released.
We are very active and will remain so until a better game presents itself. We are actively recruiting (We are growing as our name becomes more and more common with successful raiding and mature players) and maintaining a solid raid schedule for end game content.
Redemption looks forward to seeing you all ingame with us.

Redemption is currently active in World of Warcraft on the server Drak'Thul as Horde. We are regularly attempting and downing much of the 10-man content. Come join us!

Gruul and Maulgar downed in a single night! |

Thats correct! One week after downing Gruul for the first time, we were able to take out both Maulgar and Gruul in the same night! Expect this to become a weekly occurance while we gear up for the next level of 25 man excitement. Err, 25 person, as Roz was rather helpful :)
We had a string of bad luck when it came to the Maulgar pull (misses/resists) but the raid did exceptionally well, and the successful pull started off with mobs in the wrong places, but the raid quickly adapted and we were amply rewarded.
As the tanks are pretty close to having all the T4 they need, we will be reactivating our points system again, the good news is that everyone who has attended the three raids will be retroactively awarded points. Check out the forums for more information on how the system works.
Once again, we came, we worked as a group, and we pwned.

After spending our first attempt on Gruul learning the fight and how not to wipe to his grasp, we decided it was time to repay him the kindness and make HIM have to do a corpse run!
Everything came to gether for the sucessful attempt: Melee DPS stayed underneath Meram in agro, so all the Hateful Strikes only hit the tank with 18k HP. Everyone lept out of the Cave In as fast as possible, conserving healer mana for the tanks. And finally, everyone did wonderfully with the grasp and then shatter, resulting in at most two deaths the entire fight.
Our biggest hurdle for this fight is getting everyone comfortable with what they have to do, as losing just one person early on will quite likely spell defeat. Now that 25 people know what it takes to bring him to his knees, expect him to give up his loot week after week. Great Job!
